April not only marks the last few summer sunsets but also the season finale for The Galileo Open Air Cinema as the popular Cape Town experience shuts down for autumn and winter in May.

We’ve handpicked 10 great movies to see this April. On 9 April, The Galileo is hosting a fantastical Easter show that promises to be a day of pure magic for the kids. With fun games, face painting, and one of their favourite Easter movies on the big screen, plus a complimentary chocolate Easter egg, this is an experience that they won’t soon forget.

DNA follows Seb Bouin’s attempt to establish the most difficult route ever climbed in a limestone cave in France.
