House of Yoga offers a range of weekly one-on-one and group lessons, courses, and workshops.
All classes are currently offered both in-studio and online. Sessions are 60 minutes.
A complimentary group class is offered to all new members. (CPT only)

The beginners class is perfect for those who have never tried yoga before, have little experience practicing yoga, or for those who are wanting to revisit the foundations of the practice. The class environment is relaxed and fun, providing you a nurturing space to build a strong and safe base from which to explore your practice and take it to the next level.
