The word Sangha is Sanskrit for community and the Sangha Spot Yoga and Wellness Centre provides a space for support and encouragement in its yoga practice and to the personal lives of the members of its community. The centre offers classes, therapies and events to grow a healthy and strong community both inside and outside the studio.
The classes specialize in Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar and Kundalini Yoga for both beginners and intermediate students. In addition the studio hosts a regular NIA dance class as a centering and invigorating foot-stomping workout.
There’s a resident psychologist at the centre for anyone needing to be gentle with themselves and book a therapy session.
The Sangha Spot Yoga and Wellness Centre is an airy and light venue in the heart of Muizenberg Village which is also available for hire.
