The White Lotus Wellness Centre is home to a diverse group of wellness practitioners and facilitators. Among them are yoga and pilates instructors, life coaches, psychotherapists, massage therapists and reflexologists. Also on offer at the White Lotus are chiropractic services, meditation workshops, nutritional therapy, Chinese medicine, acupuncture and more.
The spa is inspired by Nature. Nature gives us everything we need to heal and harmonise. It is only when we depart from this notion, that dis-ease and disharmony sets in.
