Liberty’s Restaurant at DoubleTree Hilton is a glamorous spot to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner, whether you’re staying at the hotel or not. Executive Chef Simon Kemp, who has honed his skills across Europe for 15 years, has made the restaurant his creative home. A tempting list of desserts, smoothies and milkshakes is also on offer, while Liberty’s extensive wine list offers something interesting for every palate.

The Easter Sunday Brunch at Liberty’s Restaurant is not a small affair. The chef has put together an enormous buffet-style brunch that covers every base for every taste and age.
